The rooms were clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great and had a range of options to choose from. The hotel was located near the industrial area which was convenient for my business trip.
The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly, particularly when it came to communicating in English. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable which made it difficult to get work done in my room.

We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at a hotel that had a cozy ambience and spacious rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Despite some language barriers, the staff made an effort to communicate and were able to speak passable English. we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a deluxe suite without even asking for it. This added touch made our stay even more special.
The location of the hotel was quite far from the city center, which meant we had to travel around 15-20 minutes to reach downtown Wuxi. This was not ideal for us as we wanted to be closer to the main attractions and dining options.
